In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or there's a manufacturing error, we offer free replacements or refunds. Please contact our team at mir26127@gmail.com within 30 days of product delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. For confirmation purposes, if the issue affects multiple products with the same design, include a photo or video of all affected items visible in one frame.
Incorrect Shipping Details or Customer Error
We are not responsible for returns or refunds due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or if the wrong size or color was ordered. Please double-check your order details before confirming.
Starting a Return
